Welcome to CastleGate Shelties
(formerly Balmoral Shelties of PA). My husband, Tom, and I live in
Southwestern Pennsylvania, and we are proud members of The Three
Rivers Shetland Sheepdog Club of Greater Pittsburgh (TRSSCGP).
We lovingly refer to our shelties
as "The Amigos," and we invite you to explore their cyber home by

I inherited a sable sheltie mix
from my grandfather when I was fifteen years old, and I’ve been
hooked on and have owned shelties ever since. Prior to marrying
me, my husband was partial to miniature schnauzers. After living
with shelties for more than ten years, he’s now a true blue
“sheltie man!”
My ultimate dream is to retire to
a substantial piece of land with a house large enough to
accommodate at least six shelties and an agility course. A large
wrap around porch with white wicker furniture is also a
must!
We love to talk about shelties in
